Non-Profit Helps Homeless Artist to Find His Way

Posted on

Just recently in the Boston College Student Newspaper our client, Bridge Over Troubled Waters, was recognized in a big way. BOTW is a Boston organization dedicated to high-risk and homeless youth.  While Elyse Bush, a BC employee responsible for bringing a Bostonian Vibe to BC’s own campus, was strolling the halls at Bridge and something caught her eye.  What Bush saw was artwork created by Shukry Juma, a participant in the Bridge’s Transitional Day Program run by Jennifer Cale. Juma was able to display his artwork last weekend at the event called BC Street and get paid to do what he loves.

We are so proud and honored to be associated with such a great organization.
